1. General Order Terms

• All items sold by Liliya’s Sweet Shop are handcrafted, custom-baked, and made fresh to order.
• Because every order is custom-made, minor variations in color, floral arrangement design, and exact piping details may occur compared to sample photos.
• Orders must be placed at least 2 weeks in advance. Last-minute requests (2–3 days prior) are subject to schedule availability and are not guaranteed.

2. Payments & Pricing

• Full payment is required at the time of checkout to secure your order date. Orders will not be placed on our production calendar or prepared until full payment is received.
• All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated on the website.
• We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

3. Pickups & Deliveries

• Local Pickup: Customers selecting local pickup in Mississauga, ON must pick up their orders within the agreed-upon time window. Liliya’s Sweet Shop is not responsible for orders left uncollected past the agreed pickup window.
• Local Delivery: Flat-rate doorstep delivery is offered across Mississauga, Brampton, and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and ensuring someone is available to receive the package.
• Transport & Handling: Once an order has been picked up or successfully delivered to the recipient, Liliya’s Sweet Shop is no longer liable for any damage occurring during transit, improper handling, or poor storage conditions.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Due to the perishable and custom nature of our products, all sales are final once confirmed.
• If you need to reschedule your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling depends strictly on our availability for the requested new date.

5. Allergies & Dietary Disclaimers

• While we maintain strict hygiene standards, our products are prepared in a kitchen that handles common food allergens including wheat, gluten, milk, eggs, nuts, and soy.
• Customers are responsible for notifying their guests of potential food allergens. Liliya’s Sweet Shop is not liable for allergic reactions.
