All of our arrangements are made fresh and individually for each client to ensure quality and attention to detail.

1. Advance Notice & Availability

• Please place your order at least 2 weeks in advance to secure availability.
• For last-minute requests (2–3 days prior), we will try our best, but availability is not guaranteed.
• Orders are accepted based on our schedule and the number of bookings for that date. We always recommend booking early, especially for weekends and special dates.

3. Payment Requirements

• Full payment is required to confirm and secure your order.
• If full payment is not received, the order will not be made.

3. Local Pickup & GTA Delivery

• Local pickup is available in Mississauga, ON.
• Flat-rate doorstep delivery options are available across Mississauga, Brampton, and Toronto.
